Our Event Video Production process involves the following:
You give us an overview of your event and we advise you on approximate pricing and timescales.
We arrange a follow up meeting. This is where we learn and understand your event ideas and vision in detail. We will brainstorm a number of concepts with you at this stage and figure out what equipment and crew will be needed.
Budget and Schedule
Once we have agreed the detailed direction of your project, we will then prepare a definitive Costing Breakdown and Schedule of Content, Style, Location, Dates and Format of finished product.
The Production Process
We arrive early and make sure everything is as planned or discuss any changes. Film everything in HD and have fun.
The editing process is the most time consuming but is also where the magic happens and where our creative expertise comes into its own.
This will incorporate use of all footage, installation of graphics, animation and music. We will work closely with you throughout this process.
Once this stage is complete and the video has been edited to your satisfaction we will provide the Video in a format of your choice, including internet versions ready to upload.
